    A BABY has died in hospital after falling into a pond in a Lovely Banks backyard.Police confirmed the 14-month-old boy died early today.The boy had been flown to the Royal Children’s Hospital after the being found in a pond at a Thornton Close home shortly before 11.30am on Sunday.Paramedics had administered CPR on the scene before the child was transported to Geelong hospital in a critical condition.He was flown to the Royal Children’s Hospital shortly after but died early Monday.Recent figures..
